Can you tell us about why you decided to launch your brand and what was the motivation behind it?
I launched my brand after realizing that I needed to take control over my life. After performing for 16 years and having other people decide when I could work and for how long I got tired of the ups and downs. I had also just gone through a divorce so a much needed plan to do something for myself was needed!
what do you love most about your job?
The best part of my job is teaching! I love one on ones but I also love a big class. Seeing people smile and want to work hard is so rewarding!
What’s one quote that’s always stuck with you?
Be strong and very courageous for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
Your #1 fitness tip… go!

What do you love most about being in the fitness industry?
It brings joy to people! You feel better after you workout and that is important! People need an outlet for stress and a place that makes them happy.

Since you love Instagram, who are three brands/people you find inspirational?
I love following Sakara Life, Bandier and Song of Style!

What advice would you give someone just starting their fitness account?
My best advice would be to stay true to who you are and do not compare yourself to anyone else. BE YOU!
